For our client within oil & gas industry re we looking for an Administrative Assistant
- Secretarial and admin support
- Training course admin, booking and registering certifications
- Vacation coverage for the personalcoordinator Team (Assigning personnel to jobs and arranging transportation for them to get to the heliport)
- Good oral and written communications skills in English and Norwegian both written and verbally.
- Be organized and structured with a good attention to detail.
- Good IT knowledge, including knowledge of Excel and Office 365
- Learns quickly and adapts to new problems and situations
- Experience from Equal job position.
- Be able to too work in teams and follow orders given.

- Pursues everything with energy, drive and a need to finish
