Kelly Services are looking for a HR partner for our client located in Tananger.
Provider HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees or organizational and employee matters as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Individuals in this category act as HR Partner of record for a client group. Develops operational plan for own department. Contributions to plan of the large unit.
* A first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes. For use in businesses that are operating in the HR partnership model.
* Develop regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.
* Effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to the objectives.
* Service unit providing services to the function or directly to the business.
* Handles work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions must be developed.
* Support ticket issues that come through on Neocases and ensure policies are being met.
* You will be tasked with supporting different legal entities within the business making no day the same.
* Strong knowledge of Norwegian environmental work act would be advantageous.
* Candidates must have a strong set up shoulders and be seasoned in a similar environment to support with the demands of the business.
* Ideally looking for someone that is fluent in English.
* Knowledge with OCS, Workday and Neocase would be advantageous
